Choosing a shower tray
Measure the space. Measure wall to wall in both directions and pick a tray that fits, then choose a shower door or enclosure of the same size and shape.
Plan the waste. The waste pipe runs under the tray. If you cannot take it through the floor, a leg set and plinth raises the tray so the pipe fits underneath.
Slip resistance. Slip resistant and anti slip trays have a textured surface that grips better when wet, which suits children, older people and walk-in showers.
